This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for bookings made through our platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

a) Cancellation by the Rental Office

If a car rental office cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

b) Vehicle Unavailability

If the reserved vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled pickup time and no suitable alternative is offered, the customer may request a refund.

c) Payment Errors

Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate charges or incorrect payments caused by technical or system errors.

d) Failed Transactions

If a payment is successfully deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

a) Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a customer cancels a booking, refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the respective car rental office.

b) Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within the restricted time frame defined by the rental office may not qualify for a refund.

c) No-Show

If the customer does not pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

d) Completed Bookings

Once a rental period has started or a booking has been successfully completed, refunds are not applicable.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider used, including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, and other supported gateways.

Customers will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:

Contact our support team within 3-5 days of the booking date

Provide the booking reference number

Clearly explain the reason for the refund request

Submit any relevant supporting documentation if applicable

Our support team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

Car Rental Lebanon operates as a booking platform connecting customers with independent car rental offices.
Each rental office sets its own cancellation and refund terms, which are displayed during the booking process.
